I made a toy from a rabbit skin I bought at a dog show in Poland and a Kong squeaker ball and apparently it is The Best!
The skin has received no love at all since we got home so I thought perhaps it needs to come alive a bit… Kong Squeaker ball found at the back of the cupboard seemed like a perfect match. This skin is heavier than the skin covering the ready-made rabbit balls, so I’m hoping it can tolerate a lot of “loving”.
I think a version of this might also work in agility if I attach some kind of handle to it for throwing and cut some of the skin off.
For now, it is much loved as it is – she has been enjoying it for 45min now in various ways, so much so she’s taking a nap to rest!
