Since getting this Fitpaws Donut ball, we’ve been doing at least one meal a day on the ball. They absolutely love it, because it seems like free treats 😂
Yet at the same time they’re working out and strengthening their core. I wish I had done this earlier with Nell because she’s having some minor, early issues from her crazypants lifestyle – stiffness in front left elbow and back right leg – which is why we are proactively doing this to strengthen her core muscles and exercising the small muscles in her legs.
I’m hoping that starting early with Grace will help protect her with her crazy running!
